Argos complaint procedure

Does anyone know of the complaints procedure for argos this is in relation to a damaged sofa bed and there constant !!!! ups.

I would like to complain in writing rather than waste my time on the phone any further. I am happy to email the relevant dept.

    Why don't you get the details from the horse's mouth. A simple phone call to ask for the complaints address would suffice.
