When I applied last year it was someone else from the same office who helped and got high mobility and middle care first time so may ask to see him! I recently found a copy of my old forms from last year and compared them to this time and then saw where the differences were! My condition has changed over the year and have had lots of physio and hydro since but gave me an idea what I put down!

Also hasn't helped going from one doctor to another and others in between too!

I had to appeal before too when I got a several years ago after getting it for a few years.

I take it your condition has improved since having physio and hydro? Perhaps you could also ask your physio for a letter?

I keep a copy of previous forms. Since my last claim my condition has worsened and I only recently reapplied and received an indefinite award for HRM and LCR. However I was previously receiving HRM and MCR! I didn't challenge in case they lowered or stopped an award, I was too afraid as I have read of some having their award taken away completely on reconsideration!

    Good luck anyway.
