If you are on IS at the moment, you should only be keeping at most £20 a week off of him and it will only be £20 a week at most if through the CSA.
If you are receiving more than £20 and haven't told the IS people who can then adust your income support payments, you are actually committing benefit fraud ........August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

I am on IS ...I had a home visit from the DWP last week...she told me that the fact XH was paying the mortgage in liew of maint..i need not declare it......she even wrote it down for me.
When i take over the mortgage on my own....i am going back to work...then i can claim the maintainance...

In that case ... going to the CSA. He might stop paying the mortgage or at least all of it and then you'll only get £20 a week from him. Would you be better off?August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61

Ooooooh I wont be screwing him...I will be giving him a very large amount of money £37000.In feb 2010. And he will helping me to put a roof over his kids heads and food on the table, by paying £200 ish out of his wages.
