Help with crittle windows

Options
I have crittle windows in my home and they are mouldy. Can someone please help as the paint is also flaking so i want to paint them as well

I need a step by step guide to sort them out. Thanks

    & once you've cleaned them up & repainted, etc (WD40 sprayed on the moving bits will help open & close, but you'll need to scrap off some the new paint on these areas first), think about secondary double glazing.

    If you google secondary glazing there are lots options.

    Polycell used to do their own, so you'd buy plastic strips, already channeled the correct shape, screw these inside the house, then buy the glass & slide more plastic onto the edges, then slot into the strips you've fitted.

    Cheap& effective.
