Buying an oven to connect to a 13amp plug

Options
I am having a nightmare buying a new oven! Our old one connects by a standard plug into a plug socket (13amp) behind the appliance. We bought a new one from Currys but turns out it is too powerful for our kitchen circuit (3000w). The above Neff B14M42N0GB is our second choice, is less powerful (2850w) but I would need to know for definite it would connect to the plug before I buy it. Having been messed around by Currys I'd rather deal with a more specialist outfit as they were very unhelpful throughout it all.

The Which website, nor most websites, don't state how they should be connected and the instruction manuals from the official sites are less than conclusive. Does anyone know whether we'd be able to get the above oven without re-wiring the kitchen? and if not, how do I go about searching for a decent oven that would connect?

Cheers

3 kW will (just) run on a 13A socket but the regs say cookers should be on a dedicated radial circuit
  • Does the socket that the current oven plugs into have it's own feed straight from the consumer unit (fuse/breaker marked "oven") or is it on the main ring?
