Hiya Sammy
You dont need a court order - in fact the court would send you back to the CSA so there will be no cost involved.
What you need to do is to push the CSA to enforce payment plus arrears from him. If you have already made a claim through the CSA as long as you have not asked for it to be closed then it should still be on the system and you can claim from the beginning.
If you have closed it then you need to make a new claim, it is not about whether he has any intention of paying its about enforcing the law.
Let us know how you go

I would advise to put it on writing, send recorded delivery, keep online barcode proof of delivery, and then keep on at them, it's the only way - unfortunately!! The fact you bankrupt will not make any difference to them as far as I'm aware, same as it isn't for NRP trying to pay CSA maintenance0

no luck then have i
thanks anyway0 -

Give the CSA a call and ask them to put in a claim over the phone and send out the paperwork for signature to you. I dont know if you can still reclaim the arrears on a closed claim - its worth asking the question whilst you are on the phone though :cool:Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
