CSA Can't Find Ex.

Great news. When the CSA finally caught up with my ex, they were going to allow him to pay his arrears and the regular amount himself (without their intervention), but I kicked up a bit of a fuss and told them that without a DEO, I doubted if I would see any of the money. I pointed out that he had moved house three times, and jobs several more times, without telling them. They agreed to a DEO, which kicked into place within two months.0

Thanks DUTR, Kelloggs and Kingfisherblue.
Kelloggs: Thank you again I will email the complaints department this week.
Kingfisherblue: Thank you, I will also phone the CSA asking if a DEO, NRP has done exactly the same before.

Update
Thought I would just update this post...
2 weeks ago I received a letter setting out payment dates and amounts, I was so thrilled. (though I do have to wait to see if I actually start receiving the payments now)??????
..
Hi, great news. I just wanted to say congratulations. I posted earlier in your thread saying I doubted my chances of ever getting financial support from my ex. So....I take that back and will think positive!
Hope the payments start soon.0 -
Thanks Hardball, I must admit if I hadn't of emailed my M.P. I know I would
still be having the same conversations with the CSA now. Yes, positive thinking and I hope you and Karenx receive the financial support soon that your children rightly deserve.0
