I'm trying to book a hotel for New Year in London, I've checked out Booking.com and they are so much cheaper than booking direct with the hotel.
Is it too good to be true? Or do they just have great deals avaliable.
Has anyone used them ?
Can I believe when I arrive I'll have this great room or no-where to sleep.
Am I being paranoid?

No problem at all with booking.com. Used them many many times and always had great results. You don't pay booking.com, you pay the hotel when you stay. You are able to print off your booking if you are concerned about getting the cheaper rate (don't be!)
Different hotels have different offers.
