Hey MOD! I've just received the questionaire from the court with Natwest's defence! Did your's get that far?

Just to make success even sweeter I am going to clear off the RBS (which natwest are a part of) cc that hubby has. Then with the money that we pay towards that card each month and the payments I make to the card in my signature, I can clear the card in my signature within the next 3 months so that will be enough for me for now.
My mum (who was gobsmacked that I'd even bothered to do it, though not surprised!) also suggested we spend part of the money on ourselves but I've become so focused on clearing the debt that I want to use it for that and that alone - as you've probably guessed mum doesn't know about the debt situation we're in.
What I would say is for everyone out there still in the process, stick with it....the banks are running scared (even if it didn't seem like it a couple of weeks ago, lol!) - and even if they do try and intimidate you, there will always people on here and other web sites that will support you.

Scary isn't it???
Have they asked you for further info as part of their defence?
If they have, let me know as they seem to ask stock questions and I have a superb reply - which resulted in their first offer - for you.2014 Target;
