The Bank Of ireland

Options
On this day we bow down and kiss the feet of the banks and praise them for their great acumen...

Apparently, they're closing the BOI head office in Belfast.
But the head bucks aren't being hoofed out..

Currently, they're shipping them over from Belfast to London from Tuesday to Thursday. £200 for the return flight. £200 a night for a central london hotel room.
(Oh the other option is central Dublin Tues to Thurs)

Apparently, the plane's full of BOI staff every Tuesday morning.

I just want people to know where their £60 charge for being overdrawn are going...

If you're going to insult people at least do it with proper spelling. Professionals. ;)

You must be out of your mind. It's a close run thing as to whether BoI or First Trust is the worst bank in NI.

Well i have banked with BOI for ~10yrs and not had any problems. The might not always have the best rates but its handy for me :D

I think it was meant as it was spelt. "Prefessionals" as in not quite "Professional" which would have at the very least required a 2:1 if not a First Class Honours!!!!.. just a guess!!!

Since when does having a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree mean someone is a professional? There are many with no degree or 3rds that can do jobs better than top graduates. Not always but having a top class degree (or a Phd) does not always mean you are the better candidate for a job.

Therein lies the reason why our local banks continue to get away with fleecing their customers.
