Hi
I'm just about to begin an extension and have discovered the electricity pole and transformer in our garden will end up being too close to our house. This means it will have to be moved! Does anyone know what moving the pole will cost?
Thanks
Phil

Not helpful. As soon as someone posts to that topic it will go to the top. You need to post a link.Pink_fluff wrote: »Look at the topic directly below this one. Costs will depend on how far and what exactly is required in the move but if it is a complete transformer and pole you are looking at £8k+ I would say.0

Also is there room in your garden to move it far enough away? If not then it add another level of complexity because they are going to need to find someone elese land o put it on.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.
