Those who got their charges back ?

I take it that the banks can't come back now with their greedy maulers, and make some kind of claim for the money that was paid out ? in my case over two years ago.

If they ask for it back - say your doing a test case on it and it;ll take 3 years!

Even if it wasn't a goodwill gesture, they would not be able to recover it. Some were by default judgement - would now be too late (and costly) to apply to set aside.

    Others were by settlement.

  • How will this affect their attitude to my account now?

I still have a small o/d which I'm working to get shot of. Could they cancel it? Would they?

Having not long got out of the doodoo,(well I'm nearly there anyway) I'm anxious to avoid slipping back into it again.
Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.
