No spending or football here thank you. I'm spending the day cleaning and in the garden. Barbequed Lidl bargains for tea. Enjoy the lovely weather folks, and don't spend unless you have to!Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0

I went to the co-op to get tomatoes, also bought some fruit tarts reduced to 40p for OH, and I succumbed to a few choccie bars on offer.
OH and his mate are currently rigging up a gazebo in the garden, and OH has been working on a projector in the garden for the footie game later to have a 'big screen' against the fence, men and their toys! Still, at least he's borrowed the equipment from work so was free and cheaper than watching it in the pub!
I am not usually a gambler but thought it might be fun to place a little bet on who will win the world cup, I saw a thread on here the other day about Quidco and the other cashback sites sometimes giving cashback for some online betting places, if anyone knows any that offer good deals for first bets and cover the world cup I'd be grateful to hear it. But I promise I won't getting addicted to gambling, I just want a one-off bit of fun
I am babysitting tonight so will earn a bit of money too:)
Have a lovely sunny day all, Sarah xYesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams

Well, I am going to see The Crucible by the RSC today, so I need petrol, lunch, and a parking ticket. My mum bought the theatre tickets but my nan is now so ill she can;t come with me so I'm going with a mate.
So...probably £40 for a tank of fuel, £20 for lunch, £5 for parking (I know a cheap place). I also spent £20 last night on dinner and drinks with my workmates, but this is what my all-new relaxed budget is about!! So nice to be in a position to spend a little (I did have three no-spend days this week) but please no-one think i am rubbing noses in it cos I don;t mean to.
