Its a grave fuk-up that should never have been allowed to get that far (the banks lost twice, they can appeal and then they win at Supreme but then Supreme say to OFT they cannot appeal to Europe? Ermmm, ok whatever!)

It won't though, because 90% of us in this board and S&I board have saved up enough salary to live off in case this does happen.
