I have just purchased leona tickets online for a friend after her obtaining a code. I haven't got an 02 phone but the purchase went through. Will it be suspended when they realise I'm not a customer but she couldnt pay on her card?

No, your fine. The O2 phone is to get the code. Once you use it in TM it doesn't care how you purchased it.0
