That is perfectly true, details of what information was declared is sent with the policy documents and should have been checked. Not that people do that.

Still think that the OP should look into this a bit further. I suspect NatWest will be voiding the Insurance and writing to the OP to give them notice of this. The OP will then have the problem of having to disclose having had Insurance voided, when they attempt to arrange alternative cover.

The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
