I am so glad that I phoned to cancel my order today as when I phoned up I found out that my order was being held in a suspense account.

Apart from the order/delivery confirmation, I have heard nothing from Comet since placing the order and the person I spoke couldn't give me any reason why this had happened and said it was possible that the first time I would have heard about this was when my delivery didn't arrive.

If you are at all concerned about your own order it would be worth checking whether Comet have taken your money (in my case they hadn't)
