Lesson learnt - more research before buying in future.

Ive cancelled with comet and gone with the co-op mainly because comet had a 5-7 day delivery where as co-op said next day - now thats survice and more money saved.

I am in a similar situation as Amazon have just reduced their price on the item I bought and I am also concerned that Comet are going to tell me I can't have both TV's. How easy was it to cancel your order?

Could you let me know what happens as my code was issued before the one item per order rule....but I didn't place the order till later.....I was ordering for store pick up and the order system prevented me from ordering more than one item. They had not changed the t & c's on the internet and acted really oddly on the phone saying it should work and then it wouldn't......they also told me that anyone who had been allowed to order more than one item were having theor ordered cancelled. However check you bank as if you have ordered it for home delivery and your bank has already taken the money from the account then you will be safe as there will be nothing that they can do as you will then be in a binding contract with them. As I said if you could let me know that would be great as I am awaiting a call from a manager from Comet......yes I know that any discount is great and it certainly helped me with Christmas....and I was lucky in having had more than 1 code to use so didn't lose the discount i would have got by ordering seperatly but that will not have been the same for everyone. Fingers crossed the money has been paid and you get your TV's
