Maybe karma will bite them in the a$$ if some chancer says the code has not worked (even though it has) then does a chargeback through paypal! There's no way to prove otherwise if you collect it instore especially, as the buyer could always profess the seller has used it already before selling it on!
(Disclaimer: Not that I would personally, or suggest anyone should do so either...)

Anyway.... Thank so much for your generosity in giving them out before GG and all others who have on here to (me included ) Sooo much more the in the spirit of the site

I just feel bad that ive wasted a code, that someone else could have used.

Lesson learnt - more research before buying in future.

Ive cancelled with comet and gone with the co-op mainly because comet had a 5-7 day delivery where as co-op said next day - now thats survice and more money saved.

The evening before I saw this offer I went to comet to look at a new dishwasher. I checked the haggling guide here and also found the one I wanted cheaper at JL. Armed with this info I bought a DW priced at £619.99 on the shop floor for £460! so a saving of more than 25%. So if you can't get a code for what you need try haggling. The codes giveaway surely shows that Comet want your custom more than ever... Its always worth a try!

Maybe you can re-use it. I had an order cancelled as it failed to charge to my card, but I managed to re-used the code (once).
