There's an easy way to have unlimited different addresses and you can control how many are allowed to be forwarded. Have a look at https://www.spamgourmet.com - totally free too.

Tried that, but did not seem to work for more than 25 addresses. Odd.

I used a PHP script and a catch all domain. Source code available on request. Could be adapted easily for future email offers.
