How do I tell which deal I'm on?
Now this is going to come across as dense but be patient with me. I'm with BG for Gas & Electric. How do I tell what tariff I'm on. I log into house.co.uk to submit regular readings and I've only just opened my account and after reading about people having to ask for the cheapest rate, etc.
What should I be doing? I assume if I've not had the discussion I'm on a standard tariff which could be more expensive than other deals just because I've not asked?
I'm confused!
