in Credit cards
hi,
i have just started to get myself sorted out after years of debt management and finally saved up enough to pay off my natwest credit card which was like 800.
it was all paid off and i thought it will help towards my credit rating!
i was still havin trouble like 5 months later, so went on experian to get my credit report and it said the account was in default. even though other credit cards who were also on the debt management were coming up as settled.
the guy on the phone said he couldnt do anything as the account was closed and to write to natwest. but i have not a clue waht to write. can someone help me please?

Ring Natwest and find out what's going on. If it's in default you may have gone to their "collections dept" who you'll be connected to. The number is 0870 333 9091. Good luck0
