Livid in two houses with pebble dash , but never thought of cleaning .
Stiff brush ..... stones fall off
Pressure washer stones fall off
Is your pebble dash just the standard , small stones on a mortar base
Has it been painted in the past
What are you trying to remove??0 -

Strip the horrible stuff off.0

SDS drill with chisel attachment, no matter what you do stones are going to come off so may as well take it off and get it re rendered. If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
Mortgage - £2,000

Bit drastic, its dirty and you want it removed .
You ( and me ) might not like the stuff , but there must be an alternative
to wholesale destruction.
Seal and paint it ???0 -
thinking of painting it cause its cheaper
rendering will cost too much.0 -
Think I'd try http://www.screwfix.com/prods/12627/Cleaning/Chemicals-and-Detergents/Path-Patio-Cleaner-5Ltr
& use a stiff broom, or pressure washer (gently).
