Return not showing on credit card

Hi not really consumer rights but wanted some info on how many hoops I might have to jump through to get my refund.
I took something back to Zara three weeks ago and it is still not showing on my credit card statement, I have both receipts and I wondered how this might be handled if I go into the store. I can print off my credit card statements online but don't receive paper copies - is this likely to be acceptable as proof? Will they just refer me to HO to be pushed from pillar to ost or should I give it a while longer?
Apologies for all the questions but its never happened to me before.

Sounds like a straight admin error to me - yes your self printed statements are fine as proof (but double check you arranged for the refund to go back to the right card if you have more than one).
Their T&C's might say that it takes so many days for a refund to be processed but over the counter refunds are usually only a couple of days - I'd chase them now but you may get handed to HO, eitherway I'd expect a quick resolution.0
