Help! Weird email from ebay

I've just had a strange email that is apparently from ebay but I'm not sure what to do.
The email address that it came from was support@ebay.reply-msg478.com and the message says:
We are contacting you to remind you that on 08 JUN 2006 we identified some unusual activity in your account coming from a foreign IP address :capitol.guatemala-203-pc.in ( IP address located in India ) . We have been notified that a card associated with your account has been reported as lost or stolen and involved in fraudulent transactions, or that there were additional problems with your card.
According to our site policy you will have to confirm that you are the real owner of the eBay account by completing the following form or else your account will be marked as fraudulent , and will remain open for investigation. You will pay for the fees wich will result from the financial transactions between eBay and FIT ( Fraud Investigations Team ) .
I haven't used my account for a couple of months and when I followed the link in the email it took me to what looked like a genuine ebay page but it is asking for my card number, expiry and pin!!!!!!
Now.....am I being blonde or is this a complete scam??!!
I'm concerned because it looks completely genuine and as though it really is from ebay.
Please help! I don't want to get charged and I don't want my account to be marked as fraudulent. Any advice?? Has anyone else had this?
Thank you in advance

have a look at your Message via your 'My eBay' online you should have the same email there thats if it was FROM eBay originally which I very much doubt in your case.
eBay will NEVER ask you for any personal information in this way - thats what I would have thought how eBay operates.0 -

Thanks to both of you!
I only ask because it looked like it really was from ebay - SO convincing!
I'm usually pretty savvy when hearing about such emails and think that only an "idiot" would respond but these people are so clever and convincing. Glad I sought advice - much appreciated guys.
