Scottish Power - transferring through quidco

Recently applied through quidco, to transfer to scottish power, hopefully getting the duel fuel payment of £110, both showed as being processed. I have, however, only received paperwork about my Electric. I have just spoken to scottish power, who have only had the application for electricity, not the gas! applied for both in one application so don't understand what is happening, have emailed quidco, spoken to scottish power, bloke said that he'd had a couple of other calls along the same lines as mine relating to the quidco duel fuel cashback.
will wait for quidco response, see what they say but wondered if anyone else here had had the same problem?
Hope this makes sense, got kids shouting in my ear holes whilst i write.

When you apply to switch to scottish power via quidco, isn't that directly on the scottish power website? (albeit via a doubleclick affiliate link). i.e quidco is not using a third party switching company, or sending data themselves.

If so, its either a problem with the SP website or with the details that were input.

what i don't understand is why it accepted my application for dual fuel, showed as both being tracked, is now only showing £55 as amount being tracked-amount that you'd get for doing single fuel transfer.
when i spoke to S/power, i said that as my duel fuel app hadn't gone through, that i would lose out on full amount of cashback - would it be worth me cancelling (not due to go them til end of month) and then going through quidco again and reapplying, they said i could apply to go with them over the phone (for gas) and then raise a complaint as originally applied to go through as dual fuel.
    anyone else had same problem?
