Advice on buying MP3/MP4 player please

Hi there

I am looking to buy an MP3 or MP4 player at a reasonable price and wondered if anyone has any recommendations as I don't know very much about them at all? I would like either 521mb or 1gb (not sure of difference in number of songs held) and something with a screen so I can see what song is playing. Would also quite like to group music into different categories if possible.

I have seen the one below which looks ok (512mb for £29.99) but not sure:

Don't want to pay any more than £50 really.

that mp4 looks nice but dont like the 1gb bit
