Bathroom tiling

Hi everyone, I have 2 bathrooms to tile floor to ceiling, one is an on-suite which is about 3 square meter floor and about 9 square meter walls then the othe rbathroom is about 6 square meter floor and about 20 square meter walls. How much would be a good quote just to tile if I supplied the tiles, grout, adhesive etc? And how long would it normally take, the walls are pretty straight forward and straight! the same for the floor, good solid floor as i have put ply wood down! Anyone know of any good cheap tilers in the north west area too? Thanks!
