I was wondering if anyone has any advice as to where to go next...

I purchased a necklace from Red Direct and because it wasn't as described, I sent it back. This was at the beginning of Nov. I'm still chasing up the refund for it.

Red Direct have acknowledged that they have received the item and said they refunded me on the 3 Nov for £25. But no refund is showing on my bank statements. Finally they agreed to give me a transaction code, but my bank (Halifax) say that nothing is matching on that code. Neither party want to investigate further and both are saying the fault is with the other side.

Any ideas...??
