Aaaaargh! - manual for Matsui M299TCC

Hello,
My new gas oven has just broken and is not going to be fixed until after christmas. I have a combi microwave oven - Matsui M299TCC, which I was going to use the oven as a temporary measure, but I have just realised that we have only ever sued the microwave function and have no idea how to use it as an oven. Typically, the instructions have disappeared.
I have looked all over the net and tried to contact Matusi - who are in fact owned by Dixons, but to no avail.
I would be really grateful if someone out there could possibly scan me a copy or direct me to somewhere that I might be able to do download the manual.
I might even be able to use a manual for a very similar microwave such as the M350TCC ( I assume has similar function, but is more powerful).
Your help much appreciated.
