Everyone finds it, posts the link, checks that it works only to find it doesn't some time later.
I think there's enough info to help anyone who wants it to locate it0 -
I bought one for a friend, it turned up today only they sent out a non freview version. Model number 2019TSIL not very good really.0

I received mine today..is it supposed to be 20 inch..The freeview box was seperate in a box..Is it me or was it supposed to be a tv with built in freeview...I am sending it back0

Pudding and powlest - I had exactly the same problem. Last week took delivery of seperate tv and freeview box, checked on Amazon and model no 2093D is supposed to have the freeview integrated (and this is the one they advertised). Phoned and complained and they said they'd send out the correct model. Finally arrived today while out so my son took delivery - guess what? Yep, same package again.
I called again to sort it out. Firstly they said they'd send another out, but when I insisted on speaking to a supervisor the final outcome was 'well that's what you are going to get' and trying to make out that it wasn't advertised as a freeview tv, but as a 'tv with freeview (ie seperate). Luckily I had printed out a copy of the page by now as I was almost doubting myself!!
I don't know about the rest of you, but I think they're ad is deliberately misleading (the picture only shows a tv, and there's no mention that the set top box is seperate - plus I'm sure that the TV they're sending & set top box is no way RRP £199.99) so...... I've contaced trading standards!!!!!
I do hope that anyone else that has had a similar experience will do the same as it's wrong to mislead people this way, and I'm sure there are a lot of people who will end up keeping the wrong item simply because they don't have the time/knowledge to do something about it.
If you'd like to make a complaint you can contact consumer direct on 08454 04 05 06 who will then pass it on to OFT.
Thanks anyway to OP as you weren't to know, and for a while I was thrilled with the bargain!!!

I phoned them to come and pick it up as I thought it would be an integrated tv/freeview..I asked about it and the lady said"It would say Combination if it was integrated"..It's just misleading though on their site.I also checked the code with amazon and just asumed it was an integrated tv...oh well...Looking at the pic on empirestores I asumed the little symbol on the tv pic was something to do with freeview...0

Surely if it were meant to be 2 seperate items they should label it as tv/freeview "package"....very misleading
so why would the telly have this logo on then, check this link
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVB
Hmmmm...let them try and get out of that!!!!0 -
yes that's the symbol on the TV on their website.....They are obviously sending the wrong TV Surely
I am going to ring them right now!0 -
Interesting one this. Do the TVs have a model number corresponding to 2093D? The D could well stand for digital.
BUT integrated digital tellys are normally described as such.0
