People with rucksacks in shops

Just seen a little old lady knocked over by a thoughtless rucksack-wearing twit in my local convenience store. Walkers always take off rucksacks and either leave them by the door or carry them when indoors....just wish 'townies' would show the same courtesy to others.

>:(
Nice to save.

Gosh, that is totally appalling! Poor lady, I hope she is OK.

The rucksack thing bugs me anyway...people on buses or on trains routinely get a good thump from rucksack wearers as it's impossible to move to avoid them. It's like "out of sight, out of mind" when some people have them on, and they don't consider/realise/care what happens when they turn around.

    Bah!

If I left my bag by the door you can guarantee it wouldn't be there when I got back.. ::)

    My thoughts too.

What about people with umbrellas and shopping trolleys. Far more of them about than rucksacks.

If you enter the Harrods store in London wearing a rucksack............the security staff will ask you to take it off your shoulders and carry it in front of you.

I've been thwacked twice in the past 3 days in shops by morons wearing these on their backs. They stand in aisles facing the shelves, blocking the way too - and when I say "excuse me", they look at me as if I have two heads! Grrrrrrrrr!!

Having a babe doesn't mean you are absolved from being courteous and considerate to others though...
