Lost V5c
I have lost my V5C and have a form to get a replacement. The problem is I got married since I first bought my car and can't remember whether the certificate is in my married or maiden name. Any suggestions on what name I should put on the form?

I would put it in your married name and perhaps enclose a letter explaining the situation along with a photocopy of the marriage cert.

Write your full name with the married surname and then "nee (maiden name)"
Also enclose a copy of the marriage certificate and Swansea should issue a replacement V5C.;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)0 -
Yep as Hartcjhart says fill out the V62 in you married name. Then attached a letter stating you are unsure if your old V5C has maiden or married name, state your maiden name on letter. And send with photocopy of marriage certificate.
