A friend has offered to settle my IVA for me and my IP has said they need a certified copy of his driving license or passport. Can anyone tell me where he can get this done and does it cost anything?

A photocopy of his passport signed by a local priest, a cop, an accountant or lawyer or even just stamped at your local post office - shouldn't cost you a penny!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
