in IVA & DRO
i applied for a dro and just need to pay the 90.00 now i added up my debts they come to 20.00 over the 15.000 obviously i wont be able to go for this as it will get turned down.
one of my banks are charging me 150.00 interest per month im getting further into debt they wont freeze the interest i cant afford actual bankruptcy fees anyone got any advice???

Hi,
I believe the Supreme court is to rule on bank charges tomorrow, although you could re claim yours now under hardship rules. (see Martins guide on reclaiming bank charges on this site)
If the charges are refunded to the account it will significantly reduce your balance and bring you back under 15k so you still could have a DRO.
Chase those bank charges !
