There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies

as this a magistrate court fine for having no TV licence there will be no CCJ recorded against you the bailiff will have a distress warrant

this warrant does give them the right to get a locksmith to enter your property to remove goods however in reality it doesn't happen (about 8/ 9 times in the last 10 years )So keep them out don't answer the door

the bailiffs fees are correct £75 for letter £200 visit fee

marstons contract with the court allows them to spread payments over 6 months

If you didn't know about the fine you can go to the court and ask for statutory declaration saying you had no knowledge of the fine till the bailiff came to your home

put an offer of payment in writing to marstons asking to spread payments over 6months if they refuse send a formal complaint addressed to the court manager
I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites
