For example, I downgraded broadband from £19.99 pm to £5.99 pm. There is no apparant loss of service and it is pretty obvious that we are fairly low users at around 5 gb pm for the last 3 months. Ok in the past I have been running realtime charting programmes and probably the dearer package was best but I was oh so cautious about downgrading and locking myself in for 12 months. It worked and all is good
It would be oh so fantastic if energy suppliers, BT and broadband suppliers did what was best for each customer. What a dream!!
