I wouldn't be worried yet, especially as buyers know there isn't the same competition for houses so can take their time. Would be great if they made an offer straight away but there are numerous reasons for delays.
I'm proud of my advice, if others want to look I say enjoy the show!
  • Well I am going to give it another hour and then call to find out when my viewing is this weekend and while on the phone ask if there is any news....It has been three whole days now so a quick check won't harm.
  • Well it seems that the buyer (who second viewed last weekend) also wants to second view another flat as well this weekend so that is why she hasn't made a decision. So I am pleased she hasn't ruled it out or is time wasting...however I have looked at the other flat which is in immaculate order with a nicer garden. However the rooms are slightly smaller, the flat is very close to a notorious estate whereas my flat is on 'the right side' and is about 20k cheaper. Fingers crossed but I am feeling negative - which perhaps I shouldn't.

Don't feel negative. Immaculate order/garden fix up is something that can be done to your place (esp with a spare £20k) whereas location and room size is not fixable. I guess it depends on whether she's the type to do work or wants something all "done".
