I think of the wider implications, if the judges say that supposed legal documents are legal and enforceable despite being inaccurate, mislaid or ineligable where does that leave every other contract that businesses and individuals make.
If you rent a property for example and there is an omission or error does it become invalid. It opens up a whole can of worms if companies can draft contracts wrongly that the courts uphold.:beer:0 -
