Millions of bank customers seeking billions of pounds of overdraft charge refunds have been dealt a major blow by a Supreme Court ruling. The court has overturned earlier court rulings that allowed the Office of Fair Trading to investigate the fairness of charges for unauthorised overdrafts.

    No, we lost - i.e. the consumer..... just cos you work for the poxy bank, think outside the box and stop being such a fool!

    AFAIK, Lokolo doesn't work for a bank. Neither do I and I think today's decision was an excellent one.

    Can I reclaim this that and the other from my bank because I couldn't be bothered to manage and maintain my account properly !

    Also looks as though a lot of people on here are happy for the banks. I bet the response is the complete opposite on the reclaims board!

    This site should get back to money saving and not getting money back because you are too stupid to manage your account. I have never been in debt with the bank.

    One of the reasons I don't post here much anymore is that a lot of people want something for nothing or to get back things which were rightly taken.
