help HSBC multiple claim help

hi
hope someone can help me, i have had 5 loans from HSBC since nov 01 which have all been paid off along with the 5 ppi

I am just about to start the letter process but on the temp letter it tells you to put in your account number (this is the prob) now do i put in all the loan account numbers on one letter or do i do write 1 letter per account also i have read that some people have e-mailed HSBC what addy would i send this to?

    Hi there.

    I would suggest doing one letter per every affected account. It will help keep things simple. Should be fine putting them all into one envelope though. Good luck! ;)

    Hi there, not sure if they actually have an email address, they may do, and hopefully someone could clarify on this.
    Good luck with your reclaims.

    Remember to keep copies and personally I would send by post by hardcopy, post by recorded delivery, this way you can make sure your letters reach them via Royal mail website "tracking".
    If you have a few loan ppi to deal with, with the same bank and not writing them on one letter, you can still enclose them in one envelope to keep the postal price down.;)
