This is a well known scam - mostly coming out of the state of Utah in the US for some reason. The scams are targetting the UK now - using logos of various news sites - BBC, Economist, Guardian, Sky etc. See this website which has looked into these work at home "Google" scams:

People stupid enough to fill in those forms and give out their personal information.....
Have my complete encouragement to do just that.

I what way, shape or form is that Website anything other than a blatent scam??

    EDIT:
I just looked a little deeper for a laugh (seriously, do people REALLY need to be warned about this???)

Enter name and address, next page = straight to Debit Card numbers...... just to cover $1.99

Now look at T&C's (easy to find)
following your risk-free 3-day trial to MyMoneyPlan, you'll be charged the monthly subscription fee of $49.84. You'll have 3 days from your initial signup date to access and use the MyMoneyPlan system. You'll also receive 10 days free access to SearchProfitSystem. After the initial 10 free days, you will be billed $28.71 should you choose not to cancel.

This bit made me chuckle too

Does that make it any less relevant??

The original posting was basically ...Warning: fake websites ask for your credit card details and them steal your money.

If that ain't fraud prevention 101, then I'm at a loss.
  • Of course it doesnt, but i think a bit of fresh material wouldn'e go amiss sometimes.

Lol, fair enough, my comedy has been critiqued and found to be stale..........

I shall endeavour to be fresher.

[I'm no Jimmy Carr/Peter Kay...having said that they recycle their jokes for years, why can't I??.....lol]

Was it just the diet pills reference or was it the whole gist of the post??
