in my experience with tesco, customer service is usually pretty bad,you get the odd ones that are ok but on the whole very poor!0

She huffed and told me that it was only a pound, and I said if it is only a pound, then they surely won't mind refunding it to me.

poor customer service staff, they're not all bad but no wonder tesco has to pay them extra for the aggro they get!0
