I'm sorry but this is wrong. If the council have have considered the homlessness application, and has found the OP intentionally homeless the council do not have a duty to offer permenant accommodation - there duty is limited to ensuring that some accommodation is avialable for up to 28 days, and advice.
OP - are you sure you have made a formal application to the council as a homless person. If you have made this, and they have considered your application you will have a long and detailed letter from them - this should outline, amongst other things, how to make an appeal. This should be within 28 days. If you do have this letter it may be helpful if you could post the text about you being found to be intentionally homeless.
This may sound strange, but some councils are not that clear when differntiating between offering advice, and a formal homlessness decision.
Thanks for your reply,
I have made an application as a homeless person they decided to let me stay at the flat under S21 or 22 I cant remember which, which will be until the 7th of December I should receive my letter after this, or perhaps after I get the court papers, I don't know but the waiting is driving me mad, I want to know NOW but Ive been told to wait until/after the 7th.
Once I get the letter I will post what it says.
Your info is right I am not considered priority at all infact I have heard I can be put in temporary accommodation and be a band D (which is the lowest)
I am prepared for the appeal I have a few rough idea's written I just need to make it clear I spent my LHA money out of hardship and not went on a shopping spree, but this still doesn't make what I have done right.
Thanks again.0 -

You best bet is to actually attend the court to put your case.
Thanks, atleast with the long list I dont feel like the 'only' one.0 -
The City of Brighton and Hove currently has 66 properties available. Have you started bidding on these:
