tricky one..new windows fitted now leaks

i bought house back in the summer & totaly renevated it...had new windows fitted but the one in the bed room has signs of damp patches on the wall just under where the windows sit..i have had a look outside & nothing obvious.i even put some silocone around where the window frame meets the brickwork but the rain still coming in somewhere...i dont know if i should get the window company back..im not totally sure if it leaked before the new windows fitted (but dont think so as no sighns of damp)as bought the house in the summer...iv not touched the outside so would you get the window company back to sort it out

I'd get them back if I were you. You paid to have windows installed and they should not be letting water in at all

get the window company back out to have a look. Personally I would have done this before putting up silicon.
