Im wondering if I have made the wrong choice.

I have 2 Lloyds Loan claims for PPI going, I sent 1st letter in Oct and within the month they had agreed to uphold both claims.
They state they will calculate the amount I paid during the times the Loan was open.

1 I have been told I will be getting about £300 back from, I only had this loan open 1 month. I dont really get this figure as I only paid £121.97 PPI back early 2004.

But the 2nd came today, they had the figures that the original PPI was about 1,409 and I had a rebate when I settled the loan early of 832.
I said to the man on the phone today if they couldnt send me out a calculated letter for this one would I definatly get the £577 difference plus interest If I signed the full and final letter without figures on.

He said yes they will put me back in a position I would of been without the PPI.

Do you think me signing this FUll and final letter was a silly thing to do considering I havent been given any figures? Im a bit worried now.

If they said about putting you back in the position as if you did not have PPI, then it should all be refunded to you, and interest etc.

If you feel anything is amiss, you can still question them on this, and if your not happy even though you signed and accepted, and they do not resolve, you can complain to them, and hope they put this right, if they don't then your entitled to complain to the FOS about this, if you have been shortchanged where they did not provide you anything to go by, the FOS is still surely to look into it for you.

    Well done X
