Has anyone got one of these accounts if so is the following reply to an email I sent true?
In response to your query, moving the monthly interest out of your Online account would be counted as a withdrawal. Any more than three withdrawals would then result in the interest rate being reduced.

The interest on this account has to be paid into the Online Saver; it can't be paid directly into another account.
Any withdrawal that you make (even if it is just for the amount of the interest paid) would certainly count as one of your three withdrawals.0 -
