Need to replace psu as it keeps cutting out. ATX 350W LP-6100C.
Dont really know what I'm looking for except that it should be at least 350W and needs a 20 pin connector to motherboard.
Must I stick with ATX brand?

ATX is the name of the PSU's specification. If you can afford it you should go with a quality brand such as Corsair. They make a 400W model that is under £40. I've seen the end result of a cheap PSU in a relatives PC: memory chips, CPU, graphics card, etc. all destroyed. They're also likely to be less power efficient and nosier. They can even make the computer less stable as its voltages can drift out of the specifications range.
For instance: Corsair 400W CX PSU:

Went for 400W ATX PSU off ebay for £15 incl delivery.
Installed and all working OK, no noisier than original. If it blows up then I'll report back.0
