Hi all. Can't find an Email address for Jet2 and their UK telephone number is a premium number at high costs. Any one got the standard landline number? I will call via Skype. Cheers

I had a problem of a first name being wrong. I visited the sales desk at Leeds/Bradford, and they made the change there and then for no charge.

I notice you live in Necastle, and it may depend on your problem, but it may worth a trip to the sales desk at Newcastle airport to see if they resolve the need for you to contact them. Just a thought.

We are off skiing with them on boxing day and i wanted to ask them a question concerning ski boots and get the reply in writing. I get various answers when i ask at the airport if we can take them on-board as hand luggage (that is valid for both Easyjet and Jet2). I just wanted to refresh their 2 year old Email when they told me it was ok to have ski boots as hand luggage but those uys can change their mind overnight !!!! and the airport employees are not the brightest buttons in the box !
