Our ongoing saga with currys is still ongoing!..i have not long had a call from the complaints dept who have logged my letter and have told me the delivery of the fridge is now due the 26th Nov, hopefully we will have delivered a few days after..the issue i have with this is we were told last friday that the fridge was being delivered on the 24th to currys then on the 25th/26th to us..so now we have moved later again..no deff answer to yes or no though.
I have just had an email from currys regarding our food claim (we asked for £47ish)..they have offered us £70 and that concludes our complaint as such..so no going back etc..paid and done..wish i had the fridge and it was all done!
So take or wait till the new one is here? is this good for them or are we being taken for a ride? not that im ungrateful it's just i am not convinced this is the end of the issues so unsure what to do?
Thanks

Personally I would be happy with that amount as you asked for £47 and got more. Although, did you lose any more money due to changing delivery times?:A

if your really bothered id accept but with a letter clearly stating this is full and final settlement ONLY if no further losses are made due to further delays.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
